Day 2 of our Queen's Birthday Weekend getaway to Auckland (via Waikato). We made the most of the city lights and the rainy day.

Day 7 - we hid from the rain under the shelter of the trees at Eastwoodhill Arboretum and visited the Rere Falls.

Waking up at the VR Rotorua Lake Resort and thinking the benefit of this is that Lake Rotoiti is right outside our door... Problem is...

A slow start to the morning as sunrise didn't look too interesting... We went down to the beach near the batch to see what we can find. ...
