I'm excited to be visiting your school soon! Here's a bit of information on what to expect and how to order or book. Any other questions, please feel free to get in touch.
First Flyer - You'll receive a flyer from the school 1-2 weeks before my planned visit to your school. This info will provide a visit date, some pricing and a request to pre-book your sibling or family photo sessions and a first chance to place orders for your school photos.

Sibling Photos - Sibling photos must be pre-booked so I know who to gather together during my visit. Please follow the link below to pre-book your sibling photos. Please note that all siblings need to be at the same school for this service. To include more of the whanau, please book a Family Photos Mini-Session (info in next section below). ​​​​
​​​​Family Photos Mini-Sessions - Bring the whole family into school for a short (15 minute) family portrait session. This discounted package includes 5 photo downloads of your choice, with the option to download any others we take on the day. Sessions are available after 3pm on your school visit days.
Follow the link below to make a booking, then use the "Location" filter to view dates that are specific to your school.
Full Family Portrait Session - Want the full family portrait experience? For families of school visits, I offer a discounted Family Portrait session at $200. This option includes all edited images from our session, with no limit on the number of photos taken or supplied. Use the link below to book your session. Make sure to include the discount code provided to your school
​​​​Pre-Order Photos - You're welcome to place orders as soon as you'd like or wait until the photos are uploaded so you can view them first. To pre-order, please follow the link below.​
​​​​Photo Day! - Please make sure your child attends school! I would hate for them to miss out and just be one of the "absences" listed at the bottom of the class photo. A clean fresh uniform and a tidy hairstyle also helps!

Have a Family Booking? - I'll meet you at the school entrance for your booking. Please be on time to make the most of your session and to not disrupt the sessions that follow. If you're unable to make it, please advise as soon as you can and we can find a time to re-book.

Can I Order Now? - Pre-orders will remain open and available while I process images from my school visit. Follow the link below to pre-order.
Once the photos are available for viewing, they'll be uploaded and information will be provided via the school on how you can view and order from the online store.
​​​​Photo Processing - Following my visit to your school, images will be processed and made available for viewing once ready and published. Depending on the size of your school, this may take up to 4 weeks. ​

Photos Published - Once finalised, photos will be uploaded to an online gallery for your school. They are sorted into classrooms to help find your child/ren easier.
If you have made a family mini-session booking, these are processed and published separately from the school photos.

Second Flyer - How to Order - Once photos are available for viewing, a second flyer will be sent home with students advising how to view and order from the live store. This will contain a specific link and password for your school.
This flyer may also include a cut of date for orders so it is important to note this to ensure you get free delivery to your school.

Order Processing - Once the cut-off for your school's orders has passed (see 2nd flyer sent home), orders will be processed and delivery arranged with your school. If you have pre-ordered a download, these will be actioned. If you order a download from the live album, this will be sent to you automatically after checkout. Larger items such as canvas or framed prints may take longer to process.

Order Delivery - Prints will be delivered to your school for distribution once they are ready. This may be one lot, or for larger schools, this may be broken up by classroom or order date.

Late Orders - Yes, you can still order! If you have missed your school's cut-off date for orders, these can still be accepted however some additional costs such as postage may apply.
